Overview
When it comes to cable cutting, precision is key. Our MB02 ergonomic, multi-purpose precision cable slitter is designed to perform the most accurate ring and longitudinal cuts on dielectric cables up to 0.79” (20mm), making it the only tool you need for cutting and slitting cable.
These kits take the guesswork out of selecting the right trays so fiber technicians can be confident they’ve got the right set of tools for the job.
Developed in conjunction with major broadband companies and a leading trade school for maximum functionality, the popular MB02 series is now available with customizable tool tray inserts, making it fully adaptable to your needs.
- Integrated ring and longitudinal cutting channels, interchangeable trays set blade depth and working range for cable diameter (up to 0.79” /20.00 mm)
- Easily swap between magnetic tool trays with intuitive color coding and laser marking for easy application identification and fine-tuning, with additional trays available for purchase
- Safe, compact & ergonomic tool design fits comfortably in hand for easy operation without risk of injury
- No adjustments needed on fixed, factory set, precision-ground tool steel blades with design origin from armor cutting tools
