Overview
- Precision tool engineered to strip XLPE, polyethylene & EPR insulations up to 400 mils thick from primary URD cable diameters of 0.26″ to 1.335″ (6.6 to 33.9 mm)
- Provides insulation only or simultaneous insulation & semi-con stripping operations
- Guarded cutting blade prevents injury & protects the blade
- Bushings accommodate various insulation & semi-con diameters
- Compatible with the with the SW 2 Series Ratchet Wrench for greater leverage
- Stop bar measurements are available in customary or metric units
WS 5 DA Model:
- Equipped with a drill adapter stop bar
WS 5B Model:
- Provides an extended stripping length
WS 5A Model:
- Equipped with an adjustable strip stop mechanism & an adjustment window with a strip stop scale; also eliminates the need for a hex wrench
WS 5A DA Model:
- Equipped with a 3/8″ drill adapter, an adjustable strip stop mechanism & an adjustment window with a strip stop scale; also eliminates the need for a hex wrench
